From slow breaths to shared silences, from creative expression to inner reflection — every moment was a reminder that healing doesn’t need to rush.
We created Morse code bracelets spelling out patience — a small, meaningful reminder to carry with us. Then came Patience Bingo — a playful challenge where each square asked us to do something that tested or taught patience. From mindful waiting to quiet listening, every moment brought smiles, laughter, and little lessons in slowing down.
