There are a lot of times where we are really astonished by the joys we get from people/ things around us. Not a lot of times do we take out time to appreciate and feel grateful for them. There are also times when we hold ourselves, and end up not conveying it, because of the busy schedule, hectic life or just cause we dont really feel it’s necessary. So this time, let us try taking out 5 mins everyday for a week and appreciate the little acts!
